Calling Anyone Who Has Ever Been to a Coffee Shop
A common misconception among the masses may be that coffee shopping is an easy endeavor. But it’s not just a walk in the park. It is a full time job.
Okay, that’s a lie. I know, we make it seem easy, but it does take time and effort, and sometimes, what with all the writing on the Internet and doing jobs that people will actually pay us to do, we coffee shoppers need a bit of a break. It’s hard work driving all the way to one of only approximately 800 coffee shops in the metro Nashville area, ordering coffee, drinking it and judging people. I mean, it gets exhausting just talking about it.
And we’re okay with that. Really, we are. Because it’s really all about you guys and giving back and the children and whatnot.
But that doesn’t change the fact that sometimes coffee shoppers need to take a breather before they head out on their next venture.
All that to say, we need YOU.
Yes, you.
Well, unless you’ve like never set foot inside a coffee shop because you’re morally opposed to the existence of espresso because of a traumatic experience you had as a child. Then maybe not you.
Other than that, we want you. We need guest-posters. We need people to interview about their best, worst, funniest, most awkward coffee shop experiences. We need baristas to weigh in about what it’s like to deal with people like us on a daily basis. We need reviews of coffee shops outside of our immediate Nashville area.
Even if you’re not a writer, we can either interview you and tell the story for you, or edit it for you. We just want to hear from you.
Seriously. It’s really all about the children. Or something.

You guys should totally go to Authentic Coffee Company. It’s technically in Goodlettsville. On 31W, heading north (true Nashville natives know what this means… Elizabeth, can I get a what what). It’s about ten minutes north on 31W after you get off 65 at the Millersville exit.
